RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 03-day return / exchange policy, which means you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return / Exchange. Products once altered cannot be exchanged.
Following conditions must be satisfied for exchange qualification:
• Bill must be presented along with the price tag
• Exchange will be considered only for any physical damages during shipping
• You must make your return within 3 days of the delivery date
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Customers are required to bear two-way shipping costs for exchange of clothes
• We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
• Upon receipt of returned products, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
• Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
• Products once altered cannot be exchanged.
To start a return, you can contact us at sidracollectionshopify@gmail.com. Our team shall guide you the return process and where to send / delivery the return item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and we shall refund you money to your bank account
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

YOU AGREE AND CONFIRM
That in the event that a non–delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by SidraCollection.com for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
That you will use the services provided by SidraCollection.com, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site.
You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. SidraCollection.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), SidraCollection.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of SidraCollection.com and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
